Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can pink salmon
    1 lg. egg
    13 saltine crackers, finely crushed

Directions

Place the salmon in a bowl and crumble. Add egg and crushed crackers. Mix together well. Make into patties. Spray skillet with Pam and fry patties 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
