Introduction

High protein low fat brownies High protein low fat brownies

Ingredients

    1 1/3 cups flower (i used wheat)
    1 Tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp salt
    1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
    14oz cottage cheese
    1/2 egg whites
    1 1/4 cup equivalency of splenda for baking

Directions

In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites for 1 minute or until frothy and slightly thickened. Add cottage cheese and vanilla and blend til smooth. Combine the flour, splenda, protein powder, baking powder and salt; add to the egg mixture and mix well.
Pour into a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
