Ingredients

    1 bok choy chopped
    2 carrots finely chopped
    1 onion chopped
    1 leek chopped
    1 can of water chestnuts drained
    1lb. of lean steak cut into strips
    2 tbsp. tamari

Directions

chop everything
brown meat in wok with a little olive oil
then throw in vegetables and stir fry.
