Ingredients
-
1 bunch kale
2 tsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash kale, and dry VERY well. Remove stems and roughly tear leaves into just bigger than bite-sized pieces. They will shrink up quite a bit when baked.
Put kale into a bowl and drizzle with 2 tsp cooking oil. (I used Smart Balance...olive oil or canola oil would work, too)
Massage oil onto each piece of kale, being sure that all surfaces are coated.
Place leaves on baking sheet (or two), being sure that leaves are NOT touching or overlapping. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake for 15 minutes, until crispy and awesome!
I dare you to make these...they will be devoured in a heartbeat...I promise!
