Ingredients

    1 lb Chicken Thigh
    1 Can of Dark Kidney Beans
    1/2 cup of Orange (or any color) Bell Pepper
    1 1/2 cup of Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    1 tsp of Colgin Natural Hickory Liquid Smoke
    Granulated Garlic to taste
    Granulated Onion to taste
    Pepper to taste
    Salt to taste

Directions

Cut up chicken thighs and cook on stove top using cooking oil spray.
Once chicken is partially cooked (about 9 - 10 minutes) add remaining ingredients.
Continue cooking until chicken is fully cooked.
