Ingredients

    Turkey breast meat, 2 slices (remove)
    Beans, black, .25 cup (remove)
    Avocados, California (Haas), .25 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)
    Salsa, .25 cup (remove)
    Scallions, raw, 1 small (3" long) (remove)
    *Snow Peas, fresh, .25 cup (remove)
    Oranges, .5 cup, sections (remove)
    *Green Giant Spring Mix Salad, 2 cup (remove)

Directions

Put spring mix in a bowl. Top with sliced turkey, rinsed black beans, sliced scallions, diced avocado, sliced snow peas, orange segments and top with salsa as a dressing.
