1 lb mushrooms, washed, dried, and stems removed
1 8oz pkg Neufchatel 1/3 less fat cheese
1/4 c reduced fat feta cheese
1/3 c bread crumbs
garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper to taste
Prepare mushroom caps.
Mix together softened cream cheese, feta cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, seasoned salt and pepper.
Spoon into mushroom caps. Bake on cookie sheet, 20 minutes, until tender.
Makes approximately 24 servings, depending on size of mushrooms.
