Introduction

2tbs cornstarch
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 egg whites
3/4 cup fat free milk
1lb lean ground beef
2/3 soup, cream of mushroom condense canned

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    cornstarch
    salt
    ground nutmeg
    egg whites
    fat free milk
    ground beef
    cream of mushroom soup

Directions

serves 6 preheat oven 375.
place the first four ingredients and 1/4 cup of milk into a mixing bowl and mix at low speed. blend well
mix in the beef at low speed blend well
shape 18 meatballs using about 1 1/2 tablespoon mix per ball
place in a 9x 13 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray
bake for 30 min.
remove meatballs from pan while still hot and place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
mix together soup and remaining 1/2 cup of milk ,and pour over meatballs.
reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees, cover and bake for another 30 minutes.
serving is 3 meatballs and 1/6 of sauce.
