Blondie's Sweet Poppy Seed Dressing

Introduction

I've substituted truvia for the sugar, making this a low carb dressing, if not exactly low cal! I've substituted truvia for the sugar, making this a low carb dressing, if not exactly low cal!

Ingredients

    1/3 cup red wine vinegar
    1 cup salad oil (I use 1/2 and 1/2 olive and canola)
    1 tbs Onion Juice
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp poppy seeds
    1 tsp ground mustard
    20 packets of Truvia Natural Sweetener

Directions

Mix the vinegar, truvia, ground mustard, onion juice and salt. Gradually whisk in the oil (SLOWLY--this help it emulsify so the dressing doesn't separate); when done, add poppy seeds.
