White Bean & Chicken Chili

Ingredients

* 1 tablespoon canola oil
* 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
* 2 4-ounce cans chopped green chiles
* 1.5 teaspoon dried oregano
* 2 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 1/8-1/4 teaspoon ground cloves (optional)
* 3 15-ounce cans great northern beans, rinsed
* 1 can white shoepeg corn
* 1 jar Herdez Salsa Verde
* 32 oz reduced-sodium chicken broth
* 4 cups diced cooked chicken breast
Directions
Heat oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes - add spices. Stir in green chiles, corn and salsa verde. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Stir in beans and broth; bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes. Add chicken; cook for 5 minutes more. Serve: 1 1/2 cups each
