Muffin Muffin
Number of Servings: 4


    3/4 cup Angel Flakes Coconut Sweetened
    4 egg
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1 cup Natural, Unblanched Almond Flour
    3/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
    3/4 cup Frozen Blueberries


Mix all dry ingredients, then add applesauce, eggs, and coconut. Divide evenly into a (12) muffin pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
