Salmon patties

Introduction

This is an adaptation of "canned pink salmon patties" This is an adaptation of "canned pink salmon patties"
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 6oz cans pink salmon with juice and bones
    .5 medium onion, chopped tiny
    1 stalk celery, chopped tiny
    .25 yellow bell pepper, chopped tiny
    3 tbs egg white
    1 large egg
    .5 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
    .5 tsp chili powder
    .5 tsp spice mix

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Scoop out .3 cup, make into ball, then make patty. Saute in pan with cooking spray, 5 minutes or more on each side until brown. Makes 8 burgers. Probably will use 2 eggs next time instead of egg whites because was too crumbly.
