Saute cut veggies in olive oil. Add tomates and hot sauce. Salt and peper to taste. Simmer until veggies are tender. Add srimp.     Canned Tomatoes, 2 cup (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 9 cloves (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
    Hot Pepper Sauce, 8 tsp (remove)
