Ingredients

    * Squid, raw, 600 grams (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 400 grams (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * White Wine, 150 mL (remove)
    * fresh parsley and 1 tsp salt

Directions

Wash and cut the squid.
Chop up half onion. In a pot heat up onion and oil. Cook till tender. Add wine, turn on the heat and let evaporate. Add in tomatoes, salt cover and let simmer for about 50 min or until fish is tender. Chop up some fresh parsley and serve
