Introduction

A hearty meal for those cold days. A hearty meal for those cold days.

Ingredients

    Cut fat off flank steak and cut into 1" cubes, coat in flour.

    Heat olive oil in dutch oven, and brown meat over medium heat. Add cooking wine,beef broth, and worcestershire sauce, add water and simmer.

    Peel and cut up all vegetables, add to dutch oven, cook for 3 or 3 hours. Enjoy!
