1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 freshly ground black pepper
1 pack boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 gallon zip lock bag
2.Place marinade mixture and chicken thighs in zip lock bag.
3.Marinade for 1 hour or more (24 hours and the flavor is more intense).
4.Grill for 7-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165Â°F.
5.Serve with rice.
