Crunchy Seed Salad Mix

Introduction

I keep this salad mix in the refridgerator and add it to just about everything. Some of my favorite uses: add 2/3 tbsp of salad mix as base ingredient & up the nutritional value of hoagie, wrap,or sandwich. Or turn it into a main meal salad by adding chciken/tuna/salmon. low-fat feta, plum tomatoes & balsamic/olive oil mix - I love it! Ingredients

    150g Salad Sprout Mixed seeds
    125g Cucumber (cored & diced)
    1/2 cup Green Pepper (chopped)
    1/2 Lettuce (pref. sweet tangy; thinly coarsely shredded)
    Handful Fresh Cilantro/Mint/Basil (coarsely chopped)
    1/2 hot chillies (optional)

Directions

Toss all ingredients together and store in airtight container in the refridgerator. The idea is to keep moisture out and add those as needed. Lasts for 3 days. Serves 4-6 depending on portion size.
