2 c cooked buckwheat
1 c grated apple (with peel)
1/2 c raisins
1 c milk
1/3 c honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 c sour cream
Beat eggs, milk and honey.
Add vanilla, cinnamon, lemon peel, and nutmeg.
In large bowl combine buckwheat, apple, raisins, and milk-egg mixture, mix.
Spread pudding in buttered 8" square pan
Bake at 350' for 25-30 minutes.
Stir every 5 minutes
Remove from oven, cool 15 minutes, stir in sour cream.
