Introduction

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 breast, bone and skin removed Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced
    Cabbage, napa, 1 cup
    Zucchini, .25 cup, sliced
    *Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 8 Tbsp
    Kraft Barbecue Sauce Original, 8 tbsp
    Hunt's Ketchup, 2 tbsp
    *Smuckers Low Sugar Strawberry Preserves, 2 tbsp

Directions

Saute chicken breats and cut into bite sized pieces. Add onion, celery, cabbage and zucchini and cook until veggies are tender. Add flaxseed meal, barbecue sauce, ketchup and preserves. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes and serve on toast, buns, potatoes or pasta.
