Jenny & E's Spaghetti

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cans tomato soup (I like Progresso high fiber)
    2 small cans (8oz each) No Salt Added Tomato Sauce
    1 lb ground turkey
    12oz vermicelli, whole wheat
    2 Tbsp basil
    1 Tbsp oregano
    2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

1.) Bring water to a boil; break up vermicelli and place in boiling water. Add a small drop of oil and a pinch of salt to water. Cook until noodles are tender.
2.) Brown turkey in skillet over medium-high heat.
3.) Pour tomato soup and tomato sauce into skillet with turkey; mix.
4.) Add basil, oregano and garlic powder to skillet. Mix well. If desired, add more spices. (I often use Italian seasoning in place of basil and oregano.)
5.) Dish out noodles, cover with sauce, and enjoy!

Makes 8 servings at 1/2 cup of sauce and 1/2 cup of noodles.
