Ingredients

Approx. 8 oz, phyllo dough (with the brand I get, that's 9 sheets)
1 cup cinnamon and sugar
Butter-flavored nonstick cooking oil spray
Directions
Let phyllo dough thaw in fridge. On the day you make it, let the dough come to room temperature.
Line a large cookie sheet with foil. Spray with butter-flavored cooking oil spray. Put a sheet of phyllo down. Cover with spray. Repeat. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and sugar. Repeat, sprinkling every other layer. When finished, roll up like a jelly roll and put seam downward. Spray top with spray and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees F until roll is light brown and smells good. In my oven, it takes about 20 minutes. Makes 8 generous servings, more if you cut the pieces smaller. Enjoy!
