Ingredients

    3 medium carrots
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    spices (garlic, pepper, cumin etc.)

Directions

1. peel and cut carrots
2. put in ziplock bag with oil & spices
3. shake
4. bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until carrots are tender
