Banana Yogurt Parfait

Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 6 oz cup of Yoplait Light Nonfat Red Raspberry Yogurt
    1 1/4 cup of Grapenuts cereal
    1/2 cup Great Value Berry Medley (frozen)
    1 medium banana

Directions

Begin by layering 2 Tbsp of the Grapenuts on the bottom of the glass or dish. Next add about half the yogurt. Add half the berry medley. (No need to thaw it unless you want to; I like the frozen blackberries and blueberries) Then slice up the banana and add half of it on top of the berries. Add the grapenuts that are left, leaving a tsp for the topping. Then continue layering as before till you get to the last layer, the topping.

Now, sit back and enjoy. It is very tasty and very quick and easy to put together.
