I can't believe it's not butter 1 large onion, chopped fine 15 oz. dark red kidney beans, pureed in food processor 1 large green pepper, shredded fine 1 can healthy request tomato soup .5 cup Heinz chili sauce 1.5 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt .25 tsp. black pepper 6 cups prepared Kraft Minute brown rice
Brown ground beef with onion in the margarine in a large skillet. Add pureed kidney beans, shredded green pepper, chili sauce, tomato soup, chili powder, salt and pepper and bring to slight boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cover, cooking 35-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Cook brown rice according to package directions and serve 1 cup taverns over .5 cup brown rice. Makes 12 servings.
