Ingredients

    1/2 cup whole grain flower
    2 cups ground old fashioned oats
    1 cup ground flax seeds
    1 cup raw wheat germ
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    4 egg whites
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup agave nectar
    1/2 cup almond milk
    1 1/4 cup water
    1 cup raisins or dried berries of your choice

Directions

Makes 20 muffins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients and fill in lined muffin tin. Bake for 25-30 Minutes
