Colby Chicken Pizza

Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 whole boneless, skinless, chicken breast - cubed - season with garlic.
    1/4 cup red onion, finely diced (optional)
    1/2 cup each diced red and yellow bell pepper.
    1/2 cup your favorite salsa
    1/4 cup Colby Cheese, shredded
    1 Boboli PIzza Crust 8" individual crusts.

Directions

Cube the chicken breast, sprinkle with garlic powder, and cook over medium heat until no longer pink. While the chicken is cooking, dice the onion and bell peppers. Add the onion first, cook for 5 minutes. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Add the bell peppers in last, cook for 5 more minutes.

Add the salsa to the pan and stir in, coating all ingredients. Pour the chicken mixture over the pizza crust and top with Cheeses.

Bake at 325 for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is to the desired consistency.

Let cool for 3 minutes, slice down the middle into 2 servings and enjoy!
