Banana Snack Cake

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 C softened butter
    1 1/4 C sugar
    2 eggs
    4-5 very ripe bananas
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 C flour
    3 tsp baking soda
    1/2 C milk
    1 C semi sweet chocolate mini chips


Directions

Cream butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla. Add ripe bananas and beat well. Sift flour and soda together. Mix in flour and milk alternately untll combined. Mix in 3/4 C morsels. Put batter in greased and floured 9x13 pan. Sprinkle 1/4 C morsels on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350. Cool.

*Next time, try cutting butter in half, sugar by 1/2 C and use 1/2 whole wheat flour.
