Ingredients

1 Bear Creek Tortilla Soup package, mixed with 8 C water
12 oz. raw chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
1 can mexicorn
1 C black or other beans
1 c chopped fresh tomatos, or canned diced tomatos
1 T cilantro
Directions
In crock pot, mix soup package, 8 C water, diced chicken, corn, beans, tomatos and cilantro. Cook all day on low or 1/2 day on high. Serve each bowl with fat-free sour cream, tortilla strips, or shredded cheese (not in calculations).
