Ingredients

Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
Milk, 1%, 5 cup
Carrots, raw, 2 cup, grated
Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped
Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
Shrimp, cooked, 30 large
Scallops, raw, 16 oz
Atlantic Pollock (fish), 32 oz
Directions
Saute onions in butter until clear. Add milk, carrots and potatos and cook until potatoes are soft. Add seafood and simmer another 15 minutes until the shrimp are pink. Enjoy! Watch out, it's hot!!
