Introduction

Scallops, shrimp and pollock combined with simple ingredients makes this light version of a seafood chowder healthy and delicious. Super high in Protein!! Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    Milk, 1%, 5 cup
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, grated
    Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped
    Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Shrimp, cooked, 30 large
    Scallops, raw, 16 oz
    Atlantic Pollock (fish), 32 oz

Directions

Saute onions in butter until clear. Add milk, carrots and potatos and cook until potatoes are soft. Add seafood and simmer another 15 minutes until the shrimp are pink. Enjoy! Watch out, it's hot!!
