Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    * *Nature's Place All Natural North Atlantic Sea Scallops, 9.25 oz (remove)
    * *365 Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * *Black Pepper, Freshly Ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    * *Aldi Minced Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)
    * *365 Sun Dried Tomatoes - 6 pieces, .5 serving (remove)
    * *2 tsp Italian Seasoning, 1 serving (remove)
    * *Average Roma Tomato, 3 serving (remove)
    * *Alcohol - Chardonnay White Wine 1 oz, 4 oz (remove)
    * *HEB Capellini Pasta, 5 oz (remove)
    * *Salt - Iodized Sea Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    * *pasta water, 2 serving (remove)
    * *Green Onion, 0.25 cup (remove)
    * *Onion Vidalia raw med onion, 25 gram(s) (remove)

Directions

Add EVO minced garlic, salt, ground pepper, and scallops into a large flat bottom pan. Cook med to high until the scallops are close. Lower heat, add in liquid ingrediants, along with green and vidalia onion, let the reduce down. Drain Pasta, mix into pan with scallops, etc.
Chop up the roma tomatoes into small chunks, removing the soft interior. Mix well, grate some Parmesan cheese and serve.
