Ingredients

    Chop onion put into pot onmed heat
    Chop 1Lb bag of baby carrots add to pot
    add S&W low salt cut tomatos
    add water to about inch over carrots
    add 4 tsp low sodium Beef bouillon
    add 16 oz bag of frozen cut green beans
    add frozen corn
    add frozen Squash
    chop and add celery
    add seasoning to taste
    mrs. Dash extra spicy
    Chef's Shake
    Nutra Salt Zesty Italian
