IK Mexican Casserole

Introduction

Modified from Linda Sue's Mexican Spinach and Sausage Cassarole Modified from Linda Sue's Mexican Spinach and Sausage Cassarole
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 pound bulk pork sausage
    20 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
    16 ounce cream cheese, softened
    2/3 cup sour cream
    8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 teaspoons Seasoning for Tacos (optional)
    5 chile habanero dried peppers



Directions

Brown the sausage; drain the fat. Put in a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole along with all of the remaining ingredients. Mix well and bake at 350 for about 60 minutes or until bubbly and browned on top.
