Bok Chow Stir Fry



Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Bok Chow 1 whole head
    Mushrooms 3 cups sliced fresh
    Celery 3 stalks sliced diagonly
    Onion 1 large sliced
    Bean Sprouts fresh 3 cups
    Ginger root 2 grated tsp
    Garlic 2 cloves diced
    Dark Sesame oil 1 tsp
    Chicken Bouillon Cube 1
    Herbox sodium free chicken bouillon package

Directions

1.Slice all vegetables
2.Grate fresh Ginger root
3.Dice garlic cloves
4. Light spray of wok with canola spray
5. Add1 tsp of sesame oil to wok on medium high heat
6. Sautee onions for appx 3 minutes, gradually adding garlic and ginger root
7. Add Bouillon Cube with 1/2 cup of water to middle of wok
8. Add herbox package at this time
9. Place all remaining vegetables in wok. Toss around about 2 minutes. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes until vegetables wilt and reduce in volume

I use lite soy sauce when served appx. 1 tsp
