Introduction

Ingredients

    Ground Beef
    Olive Oil
    Chili Powder
    Garlic, crushed, minced, or use garlic paste
    Onion
    Picante Sauce
    Tomatoes (if fresh use chopped tomato and juice)
    Black Beans
    White Beans
    Chili Beans
    Pinto Beans

Directions

Chop onion and brown in skillet w/olive oil. Add garlic, mix in with onions and then add the ground beef stirring until brown. Drain off fat. Add chili powder and mix well.

Transfer meat mixture to crockpot. Add in all the canned items, draining liquid from cans for a thicker chili (except the Picante Sauce). If you use fresh tomatoes use the juice too. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, depending on your crockpot.
