Introduction

A rich turkey chili loaded with veggies. Low in calories and fat but high in protein and fiber. A rich turkey chili loaded with veggies. Low in calories and fat but high in protein and fiber.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    4 cups water
    1 can (14.5) No salt added whole tomatoes
    1 can (16 oz) light red kidney beans
    1 chili seasoning pack
    1 cup corn
    1 bell pepper
    1 large onion
    10 oz ground turkey meat

Directions

Cook turkey meat
Combine all ingrediants and cook on med for 30-45 mins or until veggies are cooked or combine in crock pot and cook for 4 hours on high.

Makes 12 1 cup servings.
