Banana Nut Muffins

Introduction

Walnut and bananas - yum!! Walnut and bananas - yum!!
Number of Servings: 11

Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    1 T baking powder
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup walnuts
    1 large banana
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup milk
    2 eggs

Directions

Mix dry ingreds. Add walnuts and sliced banana. Mix wet ingreds and then mix sparingly with dry. Spoon into muffin tins. Bake at 200C for 20 mins.
