Double Chocolate Banana Mini Muffins

Submitted by: WILGNET

Introduction

Moist and Chocolatey! I based these on another sp member recipe, added cocoa powder and replaced some of the white flour with soy and wheat germ to add a little protein and make it a bit healthier. I used a DeMarle flexible muffin pan so these are easy to remove from the pan. Moist and Chocolatey!
