    1c nut of choice (almonds/pecans/cashews/walnuts)
    6 c rolled oats
    1 c sesame seeds
    1 c sunflower seeds
    1 c pumpkin seeds
    2 c unsweetened coconut
    1 c wheat germ
    1 c flax seed
    1 c raw honey
    1 c light olive oil or grapeseed oil
    12 tbs vanilla
    3 c raisins or craisins

Directions

Mix all ingredients. May be eaten without cooking , or bake stirring often,
