Introduction

Oh so good served over rice and with steamed vegetables. We've been eating this dish for years. It's my husband's favorite. This does take a while on the stovetop, but if you plan ahead, it's one of the easiest meals to throw together. Oh so good served over rice and with steamed vegetables. Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2-2.5 pounds chicken breast tenders (approx. 10 tenders)
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1 cup pineapple juice
    2 cups orange juice (or whatever combination of pineapple and orange juice you want to equal 3 cups)
    2/3 cup brown sugar

Directions

Marinate chicken overnight if desired in Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce. Mix all ingredients but chicken together. Pour over chicken in a large skillet. Cook, covered on medium low for 1 1/2 hours. Turn chicken 3-4 times. Uncover and cook another 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
