Clay's Parm Fries

Ingredients

    2 5.3 oz russet potatoes
    1/2 tbsp ground thyme
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 tble olive oil
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

cut potatoe into fry strips and pat them dry,
Place in a bowl
Drizzle with oil or mist with oil sprayer and toss with thyme and pepper, place single layer on baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese
Bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown
