Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

    10 oz. Spinach
    2 medium carrots, chopped
    2 medium celery stalks, chopped
    1 large onion
    3 garlic cloves
    4 c. Kitchen Basics Chicken Stock unsalted
    28 oz. no salt diced tomatoes
    3 bay leaves
    1 tbsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    .5 tsp. dried red pepper flakes

Directions

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker, cover and cook on high for 5 hours. Remove bay leaves, stir and serve. Yields 8 1 cup servings.
