1 medium cabbage chopped into 1-2" squares
4-6 slices bacon, cut into small rectangles
3 T. soy sauce
1/3 cup chopped onion
Add cabbage to pan and stir around. Cabbage will wilt down quite a bit. Add soy sauce and cook for 15 minutes with cover off, stirring every 5 minutes, when cabbage reaches desired consistency.
