    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .5 cup, thawed
    V8 V.Fusion Juice, Strawberry Banana, .25 oz
    Protein Technologies International ProPlus Soy Protein Isolate, 15 grams
    Banana, fresh, .5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Albertsonís Low Fat Yogurt Plain, 2 oz

Directions

Place all items in a blender, then add 1 cup crushed ice and blend till smooth.
