Submitted by: JENNYJEANS

Introduction

When you look at the amount of Splenda, it sounds really sweet, but I promise you, it's just right when they come out of the oven. When you look at the amount of Splenda, it sounds really sweet, but I promise you, it's just right when they come out of the oven.

Ingredients

    Two bowls for cinnamon/Splenda mix
One tube of Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits
    One good sized apple
1/4 cup Splenda (1/8 cup into two bowls)
2 Tbsp Cinnamon (One tbsp per bowl)

Directions

Open the tube of Biscuits and lay them out on a cookie sheet sprayed with a cooking oil spray such as Pam.

Chop the Apple into small pieces and place in an empty bowl.

Add 1/8 cup of Splenda and 1 tbsp of Cinnamon to apples and mix gently with fingers so as to evenly coat the apples.

Add remaining 1/8 cup of Splenda and 1 tbsp of Cinnamon to the second bowl and mix together.

With fingers, gently flatten the biscuits to look like mini pizza crusts and sprinkle with a small amount of cinnamon/ Splenda blend.

Add about a tbsp of the apple mix to each mini-pizza and sprinkle a small amount of cinnamon/Splenda mix on top.

Bake at 450 Degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Makes 10 Mini-pizzas.

Let cool or serve warm and top with your favorite low-fat or fat free vanilla ice cream!
