A very sweet and spice-filled bread that fills the entire kitchen with a wonderful fragrance! I think it maintains it's softness on the basic/light setting. Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 tbsp water (115 - 125 degrees)
    1 egg
    6 tbsp honey
    1/2 cup + 2 tbsp milk
    3 1/2 tbsp butter
    3 1/4 cup bread flour
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp ground cloves
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 tsp ground coriander
    1 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions

In a bread machine, add the ingredients exactly as the recipe indicates. Dig a well with your finger in the dry ingredients making sure you do not accidentally poke through to the wet ingredients. Put the yeast here. The loaf size is 1.5 lb, on the Basic setting, with a Light crust.
