Introduction

Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 1 and 1/2 pounds
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    *Pennsylvania Dutch Broad Egg Noodles, 2.50 cup (
    Garlic, 6 tsp
    *Sargento Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese, 1 cup

Directions

brown ground beef in a large skillet
cook noodles in a separate pot
cut mushrooms add to ground beef
cut onions add to ground beef
add garlic to ground beef
dice tomato add to ground beef

when noodles are done drain and add to ground beef mixture makes 6 1 and 1/2 servings .
