Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pound chicken
    2 medium onions
    2 medium tomatoes
    1/2 cup yogurt
    4 tbsp oil
    ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
    1 tsp green chilli paste
    red chilli powder
    4-5 dried red chillies
    whole garam masala 1 tbsp
    garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
    coriander powder 1 tsp
    dried kasoori methi 2-3 tbsp

    for garnish
    coriander leaves
    juliened ginger

Directions

heat oil
saute onions with whole garam masala till soft
add ginger garlic paste, saute 1-2 min
add dried kashmiri red chilli , saute 1-2 min

add chicken and chopped tomatoes and yogurt,
saute till it starts to get a little dry

add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and minced green chillies, saute till chicken is done

add garam masala and kasoori methi, stir

garnish with coriander and juliened ginger
serve with roti/naan/basmati rice
