Introduction

3 fruit servings plus protein-filled yogurt makes a great morning treat. 3 fruit servings plus protein-filled yogurt makes a great morning treat.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice (from one grapefruit)
    5 large strawberries (with stems removed)
    1 banana - sliced
    2 ounces greek vanilla yogurt
    1 TBS honey
    3/4 cup ice

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on highest setting until desired consistency results.

Makes 2- 8 ounce servings.
