1 bunch broccoli 1 zucchini 1/2 cup onion 1/2 cup pepper (red, yellow or green) 1 cup grape tomatos 12 ounces pasta 1/4 cup pesto 3 tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
saute veggies (except tomatos, add those at the very end) with 1 tbsp olive oil while pasta is cooking. Cook til just tender, cook pasta al dente. add pasta to veggies, toss with pesto, add remainder of olive oil, toss. Add cheese and serve.
