Ingredients

    1/2 large red onion chopped
    3 cloves garlic minced
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    2 Mangos chopped
    1 Tbsp dried oregano
    14 oz fish

Directions

Heat olive oil in pan. Add onion and garlic and cook until brown. Add fish, mango, and oregano. Cook until fish is no longer clear.
